We pack and ship orders within 24 hours on business days. The parcel then usually takes 1–3 business days.

When shipping is free
One of these two is enough:
- you order 2 packs or more — regardless of the amount,
- your order is €75 or more.
The discount is applied automatically in the cart. No code needed.
Tracking
Once the parcel leaves the warehouse, you'll get an e-mail with the tracking number and a tracking link.

You pay upfront using one of the methods above. Payments are handled by an external provider; we never store your card details.
All prices include VAT.
Returns
You have 30 days to return, counted from the day the parcel arrived. An opened pack is not a problem — you can't judge the sheets through the wrapper, you have to try them. Just send back what's left.
To start a return, e-mail info@trynimora.com with your order number. We'll reply with instructions on where to send the parcel. The money goes back to the same payment method you used — usually within 10 business days of the return being approved.
On top of our guarantee, you have the statutory right to withdraw from the contract within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving a reason.

Complaints
If the product arrived damaged or the parcel contains something other than what you ordered — e-mail info@trynimora.com and attach a photo. We'll sort it out without paperwork, and we cover the return postage.
